All School Community Picnic 2025

You’re Invited!

SCS Community, you are invited to our all school community picnic on September 16, 2025! This event is FREE for SCS community members and a wonderful time of connection and fun! This year, we are excited to have the picnic take place alongside a Varsity Boys Soccer game and Junior Eagles night.

SCHEDULE

• 3:45 – 5:30pm – All School Community Picnic
• 4:30 – 6:00pm – Varsity Boys Soccer Game & Junior Eagles Night (no entrance fee)

* Picnic attendees are invited to attend the soccer game and cheer on our Eagles!

Parking

Afternoon pick-up at the end of the school day is the same as a typical day. After you pick up your child, we ask that you do not park and stay in the lot as those spots are being reserved for senior citizens, handicapped parking as well as parents of our visiting varsity soccer team.

After afternoon pick-up is done, we will clear the lot around 3:30. At that point, there are four options for parking:

1. SCS Campus Parking: Please don’t use this option if you are able to walk a couple of blocks or ride the shuttle. We would love to offer these spaces to our senior citizens, handicapped parking, and parents and fans of the visiting soccer team.
2. Streets around campus: Greenfield, S. 9th, S. 10th, S. 11th, or any other legal street parking. Please be good neighbors- don’t park in front of any driveways or fire hydrants.
3. Shuttle parking lot (Bethany): Bethany Reformed Church (1315 Washington Ave.). Trolley and van shuttle service back and forth to campus for the entire event and after the soccer game.
4. Shuttle parking lot (South High): South High School (1240 Washington Ave.). Please park in the southern-most spots on the Washington Ave. side of the lot. Trolley and van shuttle service back and forth to campus for the entire event and after the soccer game.
