Mrs. Gonzalez Enters New Role at SCS

A familiar face will be in a new role this year at Sheboygan Christian School. Mrs. Kristi Gonzalez, formerly a classroom aide and athletic trainer at SCS, will be stepping up as our new 3K teacher beginning this fall!

Kristi has a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training (2015) and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science (2016). She worked as an Athletic Trainer for 7 years before stepping away to have more time with her family. After joining the team in 2022 as an Instructional Aide, and adding the role of Athletic Trainer in 2023, Kristi felt the calling to transition to teaching 3K. She has a passion for teaching kids about the love Jesus has for them.

Kristi is married to her best friend David. They met at Concordia University Wisconsin and have been married for 8 years. They have three kids together: Keegan (2nd grade), Dawson (Kindergarten), and Nora (3 in January). She enjoys walking/hiking with her family, gardening, and reading historical fiction novels. Kristi and her family attend Word of Grace church in Sheboygan Falls, where they volunteer in Grace Kid’s Ministry.
