SCS Student Fastest 200m Freestyle Swimmer in WI!
Who knew eagles could swim?! Nolan, a 7th grader at SCS, is the fastest 200 meter freestyle swimmer in the state of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula for the age 12 bracket. At a recent state-wide YMCA competition, Nolan finished 3rd in the 100m Backcrawl (1.11.87), and 1st in the 200m Freestyle (2.11.54)!
Just for good measure, at the same meet, he finished 4th in the 50m Backcrawl, 4th in the 100m freestyle, and 4th in the 50m freestyle.
In addition to these two major awards, Nolan has had an amazing 2022-2023 swimming season with awards in the following categories at various meets:

- 50 Free – 30.44 1st
- 50 Fly – 40.87 1st
- 100 Free – 1.10.30 1st
- 50 Back – 36.59 1st
Manitowoc Snowflake Meet 2023
- 50 Back – 34.32 2nd
- 50 Fly – 36.12 2nd
Green Bay Titletown Freeze 2023
- 50 Free – 28.24 1st
- 200 Free – 2.19.31 1st
- 50 Back – 34.84 1st
Tidal Wave Invite 2023
- 50 Fly – 36.06 1st
