Amy is an SCS graduate and has seen three of her children graduate from SCS as well! She and her husband, Dave, attend Word of Grace Community Church. One thing Amy loves about her job at SCS is connecting with parents, staff and students. The SCS family is a wonderful picture of the body of Christ. She enjoys seeing different people from a variety of backgrounds come together to prepare students’ hearts and minds for service in God’s world!

Rebecca lives in Oostburg with her husband, Zack, and children: Avy, Mae and Jude. Rebecca attended SCS from 4k-12th grade. She has a BA in Business and a Minor in Psychology from Trinity Christian College. Her family attends Oostburg CRC. She started her role at SCS in 2018 because she wanted to help expand SCS’ reach in the community and help more students receive Christian education in Sheboygan County. Interests: She likes reading, making crafts with her girls, serving as a GEMS leader at church, spending time with family, and being outdoors.

Bio:

Rudi is a graduate of SCS (high school) and Oostburg Christian School. He has a BA in Elementary Education and MBA in Marketing. Rudi is passionate about growing the mission of Sheboygan Christian School by helping new families join our amazing Christian School community.

Rudi and his wife Stephanie have three kids: Sawyer, Xander, and Arlo. The Gesch family also has a Boxer named Duke. The Gesch family attends Breakwater Church.

Fun Fact: He’s been on the Green Bay Packers season ticket waiting list since he was 8 years old.

Bio:

Lauren grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Florida State University. Lauren and her husband, Mike have four boys: Oliver, Oscar, Olsen and Otis. They also have a dog named Divot. Together they own Six Turtles Boutique. The Ries family currently attends church at St. Clements. Fun Fact: Prior to having a number of shoulder surgeries, Lauren had hopes of playing golf on the LPGA Tour after college. She originally went to college to become a PGA Professional and prior to opening Six Turtles she worked for the PGA of America helping run their major Championships.

We look forward to receiving your child’s application and answering any questions you may have. Because enrollment interest is at an all-time high at SCS, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Updated information on availability and wait pools are available here.

1. Submit your application.

You can apply directly to SCS, and submit your application through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) if applicable. The following graphic will help you understand the admissions timelines for each of these:

2. Schedule your admissions meeting.

After submitting your application, we will contact you to schedule an in-person or virtual visit (if we have not already met). This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your child’s interests and learning style and your vision for their future education.

3. Receive your admissions decision.

If all admissions requirements are met, our enrollment coordinator will contact you to let you know that your child has been accepted to Sheboygan Christian School! Due to high levels of interest and waitpools in several grades, some enrollment decisions may be deferred. Please reference our current admissions status by grade level for up-to-date information on when to expect an admissions decision.

If accepted, we will assist you with completing enrollment paperwork and make you aware of upcoming community events, helpful resources, orientation dates, and more. We’re excited to welcome you to our community!

The switch from our neighborhood school to private school a few years ago was the best decision we have made for our children. At SCS our kids are provided with a solid foundational education based on Biblical values and outreach.
